The sharp move follows Wednesday’s second-quarter FY27 results, which showed consolidated revenue growing 33 per cent year-on-year to ₹28.5 billion and adjusted profit after tax more than doubling to ₹2.26 billion.

A near-unanimous wall of analyst upgrades has amplified the buying. Nomura leads with the most aggressive target of ₹888, calling the quarter above estimates and citing operating leverage in both India and international segments. Jefferies raised its target to ₹780 from ₹680, describing Lenskart as a compounding story with seven identified levers toward a 25 per cent EBITDA margin aspiration. Elara Securities pegged a target of ₹820, while HSBC and Motilal Oswal hold targets of ₹790 and ₹815 respectively, both reiterating Buy. CLSA, with an Outperform rating and ₹773 target, noted a 3 per cent EBITDA beat and called India volume growth robust. Macquarie (Outperform, ₹750) flagged stronger average selling price assumptions, backed by 7 per cent growth in the first half.

The lone dissent is Citi, which maintained a Neutral with a revised target of ₹700, below the current trading price, citing premium valuations and tougher second-half comparisons as limiting re-rating potential.

On the results, India revenue accelerated to 35 per cent year-on-year growth, driven by same-store sales growth of around 21 per cent and volume growth of 26.5 per cent. The international business posted 29 per cent revenue growth with constant-currency expansion of 23 per cent. Pre-IND AS EBITDA margins expanded 265 basis points year-on-year to 13.7 per cent.

The stock has gained over 66 per cent year-to-date, sharply outpacing the Nifty 200. Today’s intraday high of ₹762.75 is simultaneously the stock’s 52-week high, with the upper circuit band set at ₹827.60.
